Overview
Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Lead Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. As a Lead Marketing Coordinator, you will offer guests financial incentives in exchange for learning about our points-based ownership product while attending events at off-property locations such as sporting events (e.g., MLB games), concerts, malls, fairs, and trade shows to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club Program. Currently offering: up to $2,000 sign-on bonus potential. Compensation
Pay: $19 per hour plus bonuses/commission Schedule
Full-time, 5 days per week. Must be available to attend events across San Diego County. Schedules vary based on events; afternoon, night, and weekend availability needed. Responsibilities
Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs. Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed. Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations. Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
