Salary $120,000 - $180,000 per year Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager Background in design-build HVAC and life sciences is highly preferred Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, and cost control Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or ACC preferred Skilled in project scheduling, labor tracking, and client communication Excellent time management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities Comfortable with site walks, ladders, rooftops, and active jobsite conditions Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (unless assigned to a large-scale project) Responsibilities
Lead HVAC projects through estimating, design, construction, and closeout phases Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and admin teams to launch new jobs Develop, publish, and update construction schedules weekly Oversee labor tracking and installation productivity reporting Coordinate procurement and scheduling of subcontractors and equipment Run weekly construction meetings and set 4-week production targets Generate monthly project forecasts, margin tracking, and progress billings Manage change orders, RFIs, client communication, and site coordination Finalize punch lists, commissioning, and project closeout documentation Simultaneously manage 3–5 mid-size projects or one complex project Participate in continuous process improvement and team collaboration Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
