Overview
Senior RF Hardware Engineer – Pioneering Space Communications
Flexible location – mix of onsite and remote options available
We’re working with a forward-thinking space technology company that’s building the future of global data connectivity. Their mission is to connect Earth and space through innovative communications infrastructure, enabling faster, more reliable access to space-based data.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing RF electronics for next-generation products and improving existing hardware for better performance, reliability, and scalability
Creating simulation models for amplifiers, filters, and PCB layouts to test and optimise performance
Building and characterising RF circuits, including LNAs, filters, and power amplifiers
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and enhance integrated RF systems
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
5+ years’ RF design experience – circuits, filters, or antennas
Knowledge of RF line-up design, including non-linearity, noise, output power, and blocker/jammer tolerance
Hands-on experience with power amplifiers, LNAs, filters, and point-of-load converters
Familiarity with digital interfaces such as I2C/SPI and RF performance metrics (EVM, Noise Figure, impedance matching, stability, cascaded network analysis)
Ability to use Python or similar tools for data analysis and test automation
Why you’ll love it here You’ll be part of a team where designs move from concept to global deployment quickly. Every project you work on will have real-world impact, helping to build a truly connected planet.
