Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
with
three to six years
of experience. Patent litigation experience is a threshold requirement. Experience beyond patent in IP litigation areas (including trade secrets) is preferred, but not required. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. Responsibilities
Work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit on Intellectual Property Litigation matters. Qualifications
Three to six years of IP litigation experience, with patent litigation as a threshold requirement. Experience beyond patent in IP litigation (e.g., trade secrets) is preferred but not required. Active bar license in the state in which you reside or a commitment to obtain one as soon as possible. Excellent academic credentials; ability to work under pressure; sound judgment; ability to handle multiple projects; and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial, with varied backgrounds, interests, and experiences for a diverse candidate pool. Commitment to diversity and inclusion. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more. Pursuant to applicable state laws, compensation ranges: for Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Washington, DC is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience; salaries in other markets vary by market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. Application Process
