Overview
Syskoplan Reply is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. You will have technical and functional expertise in SAP FICO, solve problems, and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on configurator, delivering solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP's fit-to-standard approach. You have strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex finance processes into standard cloud-based solutions using SAP Best Practices. You have hands-on S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud experience including use cases of standard Fiori applications.
Responsibilities
Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives, understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role
Problem solve with a deep technical and functional understanding of business processes and FICO, and SAP products
Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective, working closely with them and the business to analyze and review requirements or processes
Troubleshoot and configure SAP FICO, including integration points with other modules and cross-functional design/build of other modules; work on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead
Lead fit/gap and other sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements; translate requirements into solutions using SAP Best Practices
Prepare clear and concise documentation, and provide timely status updates
Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues; assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management
Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Travel up to 50%
8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations; implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments (public and private)
Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting
Expert in setup and configuration of FICO and cross-functional design/build of other module(s)
Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gap analysis to realization, testing, go-live preparation and execution, and hyper-care support; ability to lead sessions and develop client solutions
Highly skilled in FICO master data setup, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit
Ability to be a thought leader in your domain and contribute to the ecosystem both within and outside of Reply
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of machine learning and AI scenarios is a plus
International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM and/or EMEA is a plus
S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud Certification
SAP Activate methodology and SAP's fit-to-standard approach
