Role Description
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, evaluating applications, and providing information about the Institute’s programs and community. Additional responsibilities include representing the Institute at recruitment events, managing application records, and collaborating with other departments to support the enrollment process. Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students, families, and other stakeholders Experience in admissions counseling, student advising, or a related field Familiarity with higher education admission processes and guidelines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency with software and tools (Slate and Microsoft 365) used for managing application records Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience in the performing arts or music is a plus Seniority level
