US Federal Credit Union
is in search of a talented and experienced individual to join as their next
Vice President of Human Resources . Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position provides leadership, direction, and oversight of the human resources department. Responsibilities include hiring, HR compliance, employee relations, and compensation/benefits administration. This role will work closely with the CEO to build an HR department that delivers an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate is a proven team builder with strong communication skills, highly motivated, and focused on making the Credit Union the best place to work. Requirements: 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s degree and HR certifications are preferred.
Company Profile US Federal Credit Union was founded in 1936 and began operating as Sheet & Tin Credit Union, serving steel workers exclusively. Today, the Credit Union serves those who live, work, worship, or attend school in Lake or Porter Counties. It employs more than 40 people, has five branches, over 12,000 members, and assets of almost $200 million.
