Job Summary

The Enrollment and Admissions (EAS) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the admissions process for a portfolio of Executive Education programs. This position involves close coordination with applicants, Program Delivery staff, Portfolio Directors, Faculty, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Position Description

The EAS Coordinator coordinates end-to-end review and processing of applications for a designated portfolio of Executive Education programs. The role serves as a key point of contact for applicants, provides timely, professional responses to inquiries, and guides them through the application review process. Additional duties include data entry, data accuracy, collaboration with Portfolio Directors, Faculty, and internal partners, and supporting global program processes. Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end review and processing of applications for a designated portfolio of Executive Education programs. Serve as a key point of contact for applicants, providing timely, professional responses to inquiries and guiding them through the application review process. Perform accurate data entry for all incoming applications, including those submitted on paper. Ensure completeness and accuracy of application data; proactively follow up with applicants to resolve discrepancies, or request missing/additional information. Process admissions decisions as directed by Program Directors, Faculty, and other Harvard Business School (HBS) admissions staff. Draft and prepare admissions letters on behalf of Portfolio Directors. Collaborate with partner schools to manage application processing for global programs. Review and upload applicant data for custom programs to enroll participants. Manage the EAS team email inbox and triage inquiries appropriately. Answer incoming calls to the EAS office in a professional and courteous manner. Perform ongoing data cleanup and maintenance of applicant records. Identify and contribute to improvements in EAS workflows and business processes in collaboration with team members and leadership. Foster open communication and teamwork across the EAS team and broader Executive Education team. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. 3+ years of experience in administrative support role(s) is required. Education beyond high school may count toward experience. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience is a must.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload based on established strategic priorities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Requires a team player who can work with multiple groups within Executive Education and across HBS in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Additional Information

Standard Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week, Overtime Eligible Compensation Range/Rate: $64,000 to $68,000 annually based on experience. Visa Sponsorship Information: Harvard University is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position Pre-Employment Screening: Identity Other Information: This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday Friday.
