Sr. Human Resources Generalist
to join our team and support both our corporate office and restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll be a trusted business partner and play a critical part in shaping our culture, supporting our leaders, and ensuring compliance across the organization. From employee relations to onboarding, benefits, compliance, and training, you’ll be hands-on in every area of HR.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to resource for HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, policy compliance, and HRIS management.
Conduct on-site visits to multiple restaurant locations to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Partner with managers to coach, guide, and resolve employee relations issues.
Administer leave programs, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and other employee programs.
Help foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement initiatives and supporting leadership development.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of progressive HR experience (5+ years as an HR Generalist).
Solid knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
Experience in hospitality or multi-unit environments is a plus.
Ability to travel regularly to multiple sites to support our growing restaurant operations.
