Independently manage a full caseload of Nevada workers’ compensation defense files from intake through resolution Conduct depositions, draft and respond to discovery, file pleadings and motions, and attend hearings Develop and execute strategic case plans to move files toward timely resolution Negotiate settlements and maintain proactive client communication on a regular basis (minimum every 30 days) Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines while maintaining high professional standards Minimum Qualifications
Active Nevada Bar license in good standing At least 1 year of experience handling Nevada workers’ compensation defense matters Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to client service, integrity, and discretion Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in insurance claims, subrogation, or civil litigation Familiarity with high-volume case management tools or platforms Equal Opportunity Employer
