Senior Manager/ Director of Digital Commerce: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven digital expert to join our team, this is a brilliant opportunity for a true digital native and eCommerce superstar to make a massive impact on the future of our business. We are at a pivotal moment, poised for transformation and aiming to deliver 50%+ of total revenue through digital channels. We need someone with the vision, experience, and ambition to take us from where we are today to where we know we can go. In this high-impact visible role, you will own and drive the strategic direction, performance, and execution across all digital commerce channels—including Amazon, DTC platforms, retailer.com, and social commerce. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, requiring deep fluency across digital channels and a strong bias for performance and results. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to build and scale a best-in-class digital commerce ecosystem that fuels long-term growth and brand leadership in the digital space. Responsibilities
Digital Revenue: Develop and refine digital roadmap to deliver 50%+ of total revenue Marketplace Strategy: Lead Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com growth; manage retail.com investment performance and digital shelf DTC & Website Management: DTC operations, content, performance marketing, and site experience Social Commerce & Community: Drive TikTok Shop strategy; optimize social selling initiatives and build communities Influencer & Affiliate: Build and scale affiliate and influencer marketing programs across platforms driving community engagement Qualifications & Experience
7–12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce and digital marketing roles, with a focus on CPG, beauty, wellness, or health categories preferred Proven track record growing brands via Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok, and other retail.com and DTC platforms Deep understanding of DTC business models, digital marketplaces, and omnichannel marketing Demonstrated success managing both direct-to-consumer operations and retail.com experiences Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners, with strong project management and communication skills Strong analytical and financial acumen with comfort using data to inform strategic choices, reporting and insights Preferred Skills
Proficiency with tools like Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Shopify, GA4, TikTok Shop, and affiliate platforms Creative sensibility with an eye for digital storytelling, content trends, and user experience Strategic thinker who also thrives in the weeds of execution Ability to adapt quickly and lead in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Salary range
$120,000-$140,000 + Bonus Seniority level
