Overview
Quarve Contracting of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking Installer Crew Leads and Crews to assist our experienced home exteriors company established in 1983. We have an immediate need for skilled tradespeople with experience in seamless steel siding and/or carpentry, siding, soffit & fascia, gutters and window/door installation. Responsibilities
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME EXTERIOR CREW LEAD/INSTALLER You work from approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, reporting to the job site with readiness to take on the day. Based on your experience level, you will lead a new crew or serve on an existing crew. We service the entire Twin Cities area; typical job assignments last 3–5 days. You will normally report directly to the job site unless you are starting a new job by picking up equipment and materials at our Spring Lake Park office. We work year-round, offering steady income. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow team members and expanding your knowledge and skills. You are excited to be part of our team and seek to grow and advance in this stable construction industry. Qualifications
Ability to properly plan. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job. Willingness to continuously learn. Honest, hard-working, reliable, and punctual.
