Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience.
Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer's needs.
Advocate for Pack Auto Group by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
Facilitating steps of the sales process, vehicle selection, test drives and financing.
Seek out opportunities to follow-up with customers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating teamwork.
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Requirements
Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a huge plus.
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Have quality customer service skills.
Possess strong communication skills.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record that is acceptable to our policies.
Maintaining professional appearance.
Exceptional communication skills
