Our client is a respected and growing defense firm based in White Plains, NY, with a strong focus on construction litigation, New York Labor Law, and insurance defense matters. The firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling construction accident cases, including those arising under Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6), as well as experience with premises liability and insurance defense litigation.
Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances Represent contractors, developers, owners, and insurers in complex construction and labor law matters Draft legal documents including motions and briefs Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted to practice and in good standing in New York 3–8 years of experience in construction litigation and/or Labor Law defense Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills Benefits
