As the HR Generalist at Advantage SCI, you’ll play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The selected candidate must be dependable and work a standard 40-hour work week at the office Monday through Friday. The HR Generalist is essential for smooth functioning of HR functions, employee satisfaction, compliance and overall organizational success. Duties Include
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee separations. Creating and posting job advertisements to attract candidates. Screening and reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to select suitable candidates. Ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Manages employee relations, resolves issues, responds to inquiries. Addresses employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Ensures that HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to by all employees. Manages payroll processes as needed; ensures timely and accurate compensation for employees. Oversees employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit programs. Ensures that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations related to employment practices. Maintains accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Files Employment and HR related filings, meeting all associated deadlines. Assists in maintaining performance management systems/processes. Details
