AXA XL . Sr Risk Consultant – Middle Market. Location options: Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; Scottsdale, AZ; Dublin, OH; open to remote. What you’ll be doing

Manage service accounts for Middle Market P&C clients with a focus on delivering Property & Casualty service initiatives. Oversee the quality of vendor services, develop service plans, and conduct stewardship reviews. Conduct virtual assessments and on-site visits across all P&C coverage lines. Develop detailed reports to relay conditions and provide recommendations for improvement. Analyze building construction, fire protection features, process operations and special hazards. Provide technical consultation and plan review of fire protection systems, fire alarms, etc. Business interruption review and consultation towards business contingency plan development. Review Property loss estimates including Normal Loss Expectancy, Probably Maximum Loss and Maximum Foreseeable Loss. Assess hazards impacting clients, the public and subcontractors. High-level review of contractual risk transfers terms and conditions. Analysis of products for loss potential. Assessment of Worker Compensation exposures and respective safety controls around EHS programs, safety management structures, safety training, job hazards, occupational diseases, ergonomic needs, and post injury management. Review of Commercial Auto hazards and Fleet Safety controls around driver qualifications, disciplinary actions, training, vehicle maintenance, ADAs, telematics, accident investigation and regulatory compliance from provincial and territorial governments. Travel is anticipated to be up to 30% domestically to client locations. What you’ll bring

Extensive Risk Control experience in Property and Casualty; experience servicing clients is necessary. Strong working knowledge of fire protection, NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets and local requirements. Ability to apply industry experience to a broad range of customers and projects, consult effectively on a broad range of property risk controls, and identify exposures/assess controls on complex risks. Outstanding customer relationship and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport. Proficient presentation skills, including written and verbal. Ability to summarize large amounts of information and deliver against deadlines. Knowledge of functionality of IT systems; risk management platforms. Skilled in time management and work techniques. Valid driver’s license required. Professional designations including CSP, ARM, and/or CFPS are preferred. About AXA XL

Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience and location. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $182,000 USD. Sustainability
