Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions. Provide hands-on consulting experience and world-class training and development supporting career growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role specifically within the Benefits module End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutions. Benefits module experience is a must Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams Flexible living locations in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications

Testing and modifying Fast Formulas Support existing Fast Formulas including reviewing and resolving issues Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the pay range Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the posting. Actual salary may vary based on skills, experience, market conditions, and travel requirements. This role is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which may affect total compensation. Inclusive of incentive, the total estimated compensation range is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, including medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. Salary transparency notes reflect current state and local laws and may be updated in the future. Position details
