The AI team is developing cutting-edge solutions that enable low-latency, private, and cost-efficient AI across a wide range of devices. We are looking for a

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

to focus on model development, optimization, and deployment across edge and cloud environments. Responsibilities

Train, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for real-time inference on edge devices. Develop and refine AI pipelines for efficient model training, validation, and deployment. Research and implement model compression techniques, such as quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation, to enhance performance on resource-constrained devices. Evaluate and integrate third-party machine learning APIs and open-source models. Develop scalable AI architectures that balance on-device inference with cloud computing. Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers to bring novel AI capabilities to production. Ensure compliance with privacy-first AI development principles and security best practices. Essential Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models with a focus on NLP, LLMs, or conversational AI systems. Strong background in deep learning, LLMs, computer vision, or speech models. Experience in training and fine-tuning large-scale models with AI frameworks. Knowledge of model optimization techniques such as quantization, distillation, and pruning. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML experiment tools such as Weights & Biases, MLflow, or Kubeflow. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative, and cross-collaborative AI development environment. Preferred Skills

Experience with AI accelerators (NPUs, TPUs, GPU-based inference). Familiarity with cloud-edge hybrid AI architectures. Understanding of federated learning and privacy-preserving AI techniques. Experience developing AI-powered applications on embedded systems or IoT platforms. Background in AI systems benchmarking and performance tuning. Familiarity with on-device AI frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, or CoreML. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range:

$149,000 - $240,000 The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
