This number will increase with growth. Execute on all real estate initiatives within a region - including but not limited to: landlord engagement, strategy and brokerage engagement, occupancy planning, project execution, moves, facilities, office management and reception. Take ownership of the assigned portfolio and proactively present opportunities for improvement. Partner with Global Strategy partners for leasing, workplace experience, design, construction, and facilities to ensure seamless employee experience across regions. Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance and ensuring employee and client experience is aligned with Corient standards. Partner with Workplace Experience team to develop capital plans for portfolio improvement. Ensure locations are following Corient's Physical Security protocols. Educate, train and lead local teams in delivering superior service across designated sites, ensuring compliance with agreed standards. Review operating expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable. Track metrics and KPIs for your region and report on a monthly basis Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering motivation, engagement, and personal development. Create actionable, measurable career development plans for each direct report, maintaining consistent progress discussions. Manage and develop relationships with local and regional leadership. Liaise with local teams to strengthen relationships with great real estate team
Qualifications and Skills
10 years of experience in real estate related field, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in high-touch service environments. Bachelor's degree in real estate field such as: Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Design, Engineering, or equivalent experience with advanced knowledge of Workplace Experiences and Real Estate industry best practices. Comprehensive understanding of real estate finance fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operating plans, leveraging industry best practices and maintaining rigorous performance standards. Strong team-building abilities, with a focus on motivating, developing, and challenging team members to maximize their potential. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced professional environment. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage crises effectively. Credible and impactful communicator, capable of preparing concise updates for senior executives about regional activities. Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to gather data, assess situations, and swiftly develop and execute solutions. Excellence in relationship-building, fostering positive interactions with team members, employees, and executives. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and digital tools.

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay range for this position is $200,000-225,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. Physical Requirements This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible. This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
