We are seeking a full-time Attorney to join our Fort Lauderdale office. Location: Fort Lauderdale or Miami, Florida We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years of legal experience and a demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters from initial case strategy through resolution. If you’re ready to litigate, not just paper push, and you want mentorship from some of the sharpest legal minds in the region, this role was built for you. Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload from inception through trial preparation and/or resolution Conduct depositions, hearings, and legal arguments in state and federal courts Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation strategy Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation objectives Represent clients in court and mediation with confidence and clarity Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school Member in good standing with the Florida Bar 2–5 years of litigation experience required Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Comfortable with case strategy, courtroom practice, and client interaction Motivated, organized, and ready to contribute to a high-performance legal team Why Join Victor, Shaw & McCue?
