Responsibilities
10-hour shifts: 7am - 5pm and 5pm - 7am -- 1:3 call ratio
10 - 12 patient encounters per shift
Evenly split workload: OR, clinic, hospital rounds, and night shifts
Surgical first assist with full hospital unit coverage including NICU and PICU
FMLA coverage needed -- multiple providers accepted
Procedures include craniotomies, spinal fusions, and tumor interventions
Independent rounding in critical care and medical/surgical units
20-minute response time required when on call
