The Opportunity We are seeking an Executive Assistant to be a trusted partner to our CEO — by ensuring the office runs with service and efficiency.
In this high-profile role, you’ll take initiative as the front-line resource to our CEO, senior executives and board members, support cross-functional initiatives, and represent the President’s office with a thoughtful, “I’ve got this for you” approach. As a high-touch communicator, you’ll foster strong relationships and engage with genuine care across all levels of the organization.

What You’ll Do
CEO Support
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and the Chairman of the Board, including managing calendar of appointments and coordinating their day-to-day activities
Communicate, on behalf of the CEO, with board members, growers, internal teams, and others, on matters related to CEO's initiatives
Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
Complete requested deliverables with a leadership and a hands-on doer approach
Increase office efficiencies, review and evolve files, processes and systems
Board Support and Liaison
Serve as the CEO and Chairman of the Board administrative liaison to board of directors, growers and industry organizations
Lead board communications, outreach, scheduling and meeting materials, and maintains board directories and records
Manage scheduling all meetings, coordinates all arrangements and prepares all materials needed
Global Travel Planner
Coordinate complex and detailed travel plans (international & domestic), itineraries, agendas, visa/passport preparations and completes detailed expense reports
Coordinate board members travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed; processes expenses
Event Manager
Plan and execute all board and growers meetings; partner with hotel liaison, event planners, catering, and various vendors
Plan and coordinate Executive team offsite’s and staff special events
Manage and process all invoices and expenses
Executive Team Support and Liaison
Support selected senior executives with limited administrative activities
Additional
Cross-train and support other administrative assistants within the business
Lead and/or contribute to business project initiatives in a project manager role
Assist in the planning and execution of office-wide events such as employee celebrations and team-building initiatives
Qualifications
Experience: demonstrated work experience successfully supporting a senior leader(s)
Organizational Skills: superb organizational skills, enjoy creating structure out of chaos, revel in optimization with meticulous attention to detail
Initiative: anticipate needs of the executive, proactive contributor to opportunities for improvement, and taking action without explicit instruction
Interpersonal Engagement: high-touch communicator embodying a positive attitude. Natural strength in developing relationships and ease with variety of levels and personalities
Event Manager: experience planning and coordinating board meetings and events
Travel Planner: experience leading global travel plans, lodging accommodations, and expense management
Project Manager: ability to proactively identify projects, lead and implement with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range $78,000 - $103,000 plus annual bonus
