Role: Technical Product Manager IV Level: IC4 Location: San Francisco, CA Base Salary Range: $180,000/yr to $220,000/yr + equity + benefits Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools Product Strategy & Vision: Identify market opportunities and customer needs for enhanced data visibility and insights Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with leadership to align reporting capabilities with overall business strategy Product Strategy & Vision: Drive product decisions based on data analysis, customer feedback, and market research Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to design scalable data architecture and reporting infrastructure Technical Leadership: Define technical requirements for data pipelines, APIs, and integration capabilities Technical Leadership: Ensure reporting systems can handle high-volume transaction data with real-time processing Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical implementation of dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting features Customer & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with merchants, partners, and internal teams to understand reporting requirements Customer & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support client onboarding and adoption Customer & Stakeholder Management: Present product updates and roadmap to executive leadership and key stakeholders Data & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for payments operations Data & Analytics: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting tools Data & Analytics: Work with data science teams to develop predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance teams on reconciliation, settlement, and financial reporting needs Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with customer support to address reporting-related inquiries and issues Equal Opportunity & Inclusion
