Base pay range:

$200,000.00/yr

$220,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and expectations.

Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.

Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships.

Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.

Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).

10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.

Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.

Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).

Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.

Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.

Ability to travel as needed.
