Compensation and Benefits, Senior Manager
A great opportunity is available for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional in the US.
We have opportunities available at Senior Manager level based in San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; Santa Clara, CA; or Seattle, WA.
This is a client-facing leadership role where you’ll advise multinational organizations on complex employee reward and mobility challenges.
The Compensation & Benefits, Senior Manager will:
Advise clients on tax, compliance, and operational matters relating to compensation and benefits during corporate transactions and integration phases.
Deliver technical guidance on executive compensation, equity programs, global benefits, and mobility tax issues.
Build and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Anticipate client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery across global projects.
Manage multi-disciplinary teams and oversee daily operations on consulting and compliance engagements.
Drive efficient project execution, deliverables, and client communications.
Work closely with internal and external teams to identify new opportunities.
Actively contribute to firm events and cross-functional initiatives to expand client services and brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or mobility tax gained working for a consulting firm supporting external clients
Knowledge of Total rewards strategy, Executive compensation, benefits, Equity plan design and taxation (domestic and global), M&A advisory and mobility tax consulting or Global employment tax compliance is required
Must have a tax background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A JD or advanced degree (MBA, LLM) is a strong plus.
CPA, JD, EA, or other recognized professional credentials preferred.
Strong project and client management capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to navigate complex, multinational client environments
