We are a 40 year old established and profitable medium sized manufacturing company seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead and grow the organization. Our company is part of a family of companies with over 300mm in annual sales that have had rapid growth. Our new CEO must have a minimum of 10 years proven record of success coupled with strong leadership skills.
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and communicate the company’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Align business objectives with operational capabilities and market demands. Operational Oversight
Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Monitor production schedules, supply chain performance, and capacity planning. Approve budgets, financial plans, and major capital expenditures. Monitor financial performance, profitability, and return on investment. Ensure proper cash flow management and funding for operations and growth. Business Development & Growth
Expand customer base, product lines, and market share. Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with key clients and suppliers. Leadership & Culture
Foster a strong company culture focused on safety, quality, and innovation. Recruit, develop, and retain top executive talent. Set performance expectations and hold leadership accountable for results. Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations, safety standards, and labor laws. Oversee environmental sustainability initiatives and responsible production practices. Mitigate legal and operational risks. Stakeholder Relations
Represent the company to shareholders, investors, board members, and the public. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers. Act as the company’s chief spokesperson in industry events and media. Drive adoption of new manufacturing technologies and automation. Oversee research and development of new products and processes.
