Oversee operations related to maintenance projects, repairs, building improvements, club cleanliness, vendor follow-up, quality of work throughout the building, and more. Manage teams and projects; recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, including a thoughtful training process to help new hires understand our business and workflow. Balance the management of teams with hands-on execution on larger projects throughout the building. We are a creative and innovative business. When problems arise, we collaborate and share ideas that come from a place of yes. Our goal is to find solutions that improve both our space and experience for our members. We are a fun and focused work environment. This place is packed with energy, creativity, and team collaboration. Required Skills/Abilities
Minimum of 5 years in a manager or director leadership role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Weekend availability; this role requires working one full day a weekend Strong ability to problem solve and adapt to situations as they arise Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Benefits
