We are looking for an

Enterprise Solution Architect

who will play a pivotal role in CAIs internal technology team. Partnering across the enterprise, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale technology implementations, supporting CAIs future growth. The Enterprise Solution Architect will have regular exposure and interactions with CAIs executive team and must be comfortable managing multiple priorities. This position will be

remote . What Youll Do Understand and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications

Lead and participate in the design and implementation of significant applications

Provide strategic direction and help lead efforts to optimize core Workday ERP & HCM application suite

Champion the adoption of reusable architecture patterns to create a high degree of solution agility

Identify and mitigate existing business risk(s) associated with solution architecture

Interface with stakeholders to ensure business needs are delivered in accordance with strategic direction, project expectations, and business priority

Design and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions

Collaborate with various departments to identify their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions

Provide guidance and direction to IT teams on technology standards and best practices

Ensure solutions are aligned with the enterprise architecture and IT strategy

Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies

What Youll Need

Required: A Bachelors or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent

10+ years technology experience with a heavy emphasis on Workday

Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems

Proven track record of work experience as an architect, project manager, or developer

Certificates to demonstrate knowledge and competency

Exceptional Solution definition and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
