Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to meet sales goals, guest satisfaction, and quality standards Develop and coach team members, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and practices Utilize company systems and processes to maximize profits and drive efficiency Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Report to the District Manager and collaborate with leadership teams Qualifications
Minimum two years management experience High school education Quick Service Restaurant Experience required Valid Driver's License Seniority level
