Overview
Join to apply for the General Manager starting at $55k+ Bonus role at McDonald's. This position is with an independently owned franchisee and not McDonald's USA. If you are hired, the franchisee will be your employer and will handle all employment matters. McDonald's USA will not be involved in employment decisions or in receiving your application.
Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with leaders to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve their Departments.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
