Overview The Regional Clinical Director of Operations will oversee the operations of multiple skilled healthcare facilities within the region, impacting all aspects of nursing care for LTC and STR residents and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement for each facility. You will participate in annual complaint surveys and set standards for Daily Clinical Meetings and Weekly At-Risk Meetings. Ensure facilities follow regulatory requirements. Support current Directors of Nursing and mentor new Directors of Nursing. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to nursing care facilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the operations of multiple skilled healthcare facilities within the region

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Collaborate with department heads to optimize patient care and operational efficiency

Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals

Impact all aspects of nursing care for LTC and STR residents and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement for each facility; participate in annual complaint surveys

Set standards for Daily Clinical Meetings and Weekly At-Risk Meetings

Ensure facilities follow regulatory requirements

Support current Directors of Nursing and mentor new Directors of Nursing

Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and applicable laws and guidelines for nursing care facilities

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license in good standing

Multi-site clinical oversight experience in a skilled nursing facility

Certified for Dementia Care and Substance Use Disorders

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field

Proven experience in medical management and healthcare administration

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards

Ability to travel within the region as needed
