We are seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Architect
to join our team supporting Client. This is a
hybrid role based in Austin, TX
and requires onsite presence several days a week. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-WAN, routing & switching, and network automation , with the ability to design, architect, and lead enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade network solutions leveraging
Cisco ACI and Cisco SD-WAN . Provide architectural leadership for
route/switch infrastructure
across data center and WAN environments. Drive network
automation initiatives , with a focus on Cisco toolsets (including Cisco Workplace). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure successful delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on multi-cloud connectivity, data center fabric design, and network access/security frameworks. Document high-level designs, strategies, and roadmaps to support long-term infrastructure goals. Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Network or Infrastructure Architect
in enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with
Cisco ACI
(VXLAN, BGP EVPN, multi-tenancy, route leaking). Strong foundation in
Cisco SD-WAN architecture, migration strategies, and troubleshooting . Deep understanding of
routing/switching protocols
and enterprise data center fabrics. Experience with
network automation
tools and frameworks (Cisco automation platforms preferred). Familiarity with
Cisco ISE
or similar NAC/security platforms is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills to articulate architectural vision and guide delivery teams. Location
This role requires the candidate to be
based in Austin, TX
and able to work in a
hybrid onsite model . Remote-only candidates cannot be considered. Seniority level
