Sponsor This California-based private equity firm has an AUM of $3B with over 80 total investments. It invests across several key sectors such as aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, precision manufacturing and healthcare sectors.

Candidate Profile We seek a strategic, operationally grounded leader with a track record of leading transformation in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring:

Business Model: Industrial Manufacturing

Functional: CEO of a $100M+ manufacturing company OR number two President/COO of a $205M+ business with full P&L responsibility.

Orientation: Operationally grounded transformation leader — capable of driving scale, integrating acquisitions, and institutionalizing systems in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Private Equity: Preferred.

M&A: Solid integration experience preferred.

GTM Channels: Mix of OEM, global distributor, and direct e-commerce channels highly preferred.

Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
