Position Summary

As a part of Walmart Connect, you'll build industry-defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant Sponsored Ads (PPC/CPC) and high‑performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey. Lead design and build of products backed by large-scale machine-learning models to improve ad prediction and conversions. Serve as a thought leader and collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to build solutions that improve information retrieval techniques and predict user interests. Drive yield for the Sponsored Products advertising platform by regular model optimizations and multiple experimentations. Work closely with data science, engineering, product analytics, experimentation platform teams, and other cross-functional partners to design and implement new ad products. Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and launch efforts. Identify new opportunities by conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in the advertising industry. Define vision and strategies for your product family, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and establish objectives. Build collaborative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area. AdTech / MarTech experience in Sponsored Product / Sponsored Search / Paid search Strong industry experience in Machine Learning is required Digital advertising industry experience is required Experience with information retrieval or ads predictions and recommendations is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive digital experiences is valued. Primary Location
