In this role, you won’t just deliver programs, you’ll own the implementation, improvement, and outcomes of our leadership and talent development strategy. From having a hand in developing our leaders across the organization to building critical role leadership pipelines in Operations, Engineering, and General Management and optimizing delivery processes, you’ll be at the heart of our people development engine.
Your Main Tasks
Deliver with Purpose: Lead the execution of leadership and talent development initiatives, with a focus on critical pipeline development, leadership, and inclusion.
Partner for Impact: Collaborate with global and regional talent partners as well as our Functional business teams to ensure programs are relevant, scalable, and business-aligned.
Shape Programs: Provide input into the design and direction of our global talent, critical role and leadership development programs
Drive Consistency: Ensure alignment, best practices and consistency across programs and initiatives globally.
Optimize Performance: Identify efficiencies, streamline delivery processes, and enhance program effectiveness.
Engage Leaders: Communicate with senior business leaders to align program focus and secure their support.
Measure What Matters: Track performance indicators, assess outcomes, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead & Coach: Provide daily direction and coaching to coordination teams supporting our programs.
Manage Resources: Oversee program budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Innovate & Optimize: Bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and streamline processes for maximum impact.
What Your Background Should Look Like
A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
8–10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on leadership and talent development.
A creative mindset with strong project management skills.
Courage to innovate/take risks and challenge the status quo
Proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Cross-functional collaboration
Business/function (Engineering, Operations or other functions) experience or working in a business/function supporting their learning programs
