Head of Product
will drive and execute the company's product strategy aligned with its vision, working closely with executive leadership, design, engineering, partnership, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Define and drive product strategy across core platforms
Own and prioritize product roadmaps
Manage product and design teams
Partner cross-functionally to bring products from ideation to launch
Understand user needs through research and analytics
Define success metrics and ensure quality and alignment of user experiences
Represent the product vision externally
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience (10+ ideal), with 3+ years in senior leadership
Proven track record of shipping consumer-grade products at scale
Experience building 0-to-1 and 1-to-n products
Strong empathy for users
Understanding of product design and technical collaboration
Excellent communication skills
Curiosity about digital identity/UGC landscapes and AI's role in user experiences
Bonus: familiarity with UGC platforms, digital goods, virtual worlds, avatars, or creative tools
