Overview
Business Development & Marketing Manager – Litigation Focus
— A dynamic law firm with a
high-stakes litigation and public interest practice
is seeking a
Business Development & Marketing Manager
to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across three major offices and contribute to both
cutting-edge litigation
and
impactful advocacy .
Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Marketing, you will:
Develop and execute strategic BD and marketing initiatives.
Create compelling pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
Manage website, bios, practice descriptions, and client-facing content.
Conduct market research on prospective clients, competitors, and trends.
Lead submissions for Chambers, Legal 500, and other directories/awards.
Support lateral integration and firmwide events.
Oversee CRM usage and reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of law firm BD/marketing experience (litigation focus preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (InterAction a plus).
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive, team-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for supporting
civil rights and public interest work .
