Overview
Albert A. Webb Associates (WEBB) is seeking Senior Engineers to join three core departments: Land Development Engineering, Land Development Planning & Entitlement, and Traffic & Transportation. All roles offer a hybrid work schedule and the chance to lead exciting, impactful projects. Base pay range $123,300.00/yr - $197,300.00/yr

Schedule:
Hybrid- 1 day in office!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage multiple residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects
Collaborate with public agencies and private clients effectively
Lead project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, and deadline adherence
Participate in business development and client engagement
Research and present on project performance metrics
Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative work culture
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment
Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc., required for land development projects
Technically proficient in all aspects of land development design

Schedule:
Hybrid- 3 days in office!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee public works and infrastructure-focused land development projects
Lead the design of grading, drainage, street, and sewer systems
Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance
Support proposal development and client outreach
Review engineering calculations, reports, and construction documents
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment
Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc., required for land development projects
Technically proficient in all aspects of land development design

Schedule:
Hybrid- 1 day in office!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Project Manager on the engineering development of urban and rural highway/roadway projects.
Lead transportation-focused projects including traffic impact studies, signal design, and traffic modeling
Work closely with clients and agencies to deliver innovative mobility solutions
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
Support the growth of the Transportation department through proposal development and strategic planning
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and local transportation policies and regulations
Requirements:
8+ years experience
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
PE license in California
Experience on projects with Caltrans and/or FHWA oversight
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience should include urban and rural roadway design, intersection design, site planning, preparation of concept alignments, geometrical layouts, and roadway drainage
Knowledge and understanding of Caltrans Highway Design Manual and Standards, AASHTO Highway Design Guide, California MUTCD, Greenbook / APWA standards, and other related standards
