Responsibilities
Development, testing, qualification of new production equipment to make precision cast components Line support - debugging issues when equipment is down Developing process - experimenting with different machine parameters to improve throughput, yield, capability, and reliability Working with materials team to integrate and test improved materials and process Minimum Qualifications
2 years minimum of professional experience as a manufacturing engineer, process engineer, mechanical engineer, or similar Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, electrical engineering, or similar, or evidence of exceptional ability Familiarity with common industrial hardware and controls - fittings, connectors, microcontrollers, motion control Excellent design skills Experience working with vendors and getting designs manufactured Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with precision casting, heat treatment, ceramics manufacturing, slurry processing Experience in AS9100 Aerospace manufacturing Experience in high volume manufacturing Experience with SLA printing Worked for a high-growth tech company / start-up Additional Requirements
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed Must be able to establish procedures for providing 24/7 on-call support for critical business activities and emergency situations Summary Pay Range
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline. Salaries are based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Level 1: $90,000-$110,000 Level 2: $108,000-$132,000 Benefits
