We are growing Adobe’s Risk Advisory Assurance Services (RAAS) team and are searching for a Senior Technology Auditor. You will drive and execute technology audits and advisory reviews surrounding operations, compliance, system implementations, acquisitions, IT transformations, and automation. You will have the opportunity to gain broad technology exposure across the company and build close partnerships across the cloud technology organization. The position is based in San Jose, CA and will report to the Senior IT Audit Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services. What You'll Do
Facilitate technology risk assessment activities by closely collaborating with Cloud Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Units, and other leaders. Identify, evaluate, and document the design and effectiveness of IT general controls and application controls, looking for control gaps and opportunities to gain process efficiencies. Plan and deliver technology audits, system implementation and integration reviews, acquisitions compliance efforts, and applicable advisory initiatives with full involvement in planning, fieldwork, and reporting. Keep abreast of policies and processes and changes and proactively propose engagements to address emerging risks. Present insightful dashboards and reports to demonstrate our overall risk posture to management. Scope, plan, and design the approach for regulatory assessments and audits (SOX, India Companies Act, etc.). Support data analytics, AI and automation efforts to support risk assessment, planning, audit procedures, and continuous monitoring. Research and stay current on new guidance, publications, standards, and emerging technologies applicable to the technology audit function. Ensure proper identification and disposition of internal control issues and perform quarterly follow-up on required management actions. Prepare accurate, logical, and detailed audit work papers and reports while ensuring overall quality and consistency and adherence to department and professional standards for audits. Support and prepare CAE/CIO meeting presentations, as needed. What You Need To Succeed
Education BS/MS/MBA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or similar. CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA or similar certification preferred. Knowledge & Experience Minimum 5-7 years of technology audit experience with an accounting firm or large global public company internal audit. Working knowledge of information security and governance frameworks like COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliances like SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS. Experience in IT audit areas such as ITGCs, process controls, security, system implementations and integrations, e-commerce, data analytics, cloud computing, or similar. Strong working knowledge of key business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial close, hire-to-pay, etc.). Experience in using RPA, analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g. UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Knowledge and experience with industry and regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. SOX 404, SOC1, ISO, ITIL, etc.). Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. Skills
Strong organizational and management skills; ability to drive multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet project requirements. Outstanding interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management. Ability and desire to accept ambiguity, problem solve, and deliver solutions within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
