Overview
Account Setup Coordinator
is an immediate need for a
3+ Month Contract
position located in
Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) . This role offers long-term potential and requires working with multiple teams to implement products and services for customers. Pay range:
$17.00 - $18.55/hour .
Key Responsibilities
Work with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers.
Act as the primary internal contact.
Coordinate activities with departments to ensure products and services are implemented in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Resolve issues related to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, relationship managers, operations, legal as applicable).
Note: The work is primarily data entry and back-office support, including manual keying or uploading Excel files into a processing tool.
Not customer-facing; back-office support role.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Skills:
Data Entry, CSR, and Coordinator
Intermediate Excel experience
Strong attention to detail
Time management skills — ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work, including high-volume, high-accuracy tasks
Critical thinking — assess the why behind what you are doing
Problem solving
Banking industry knowledge
Mortgage/banking experience as claims processor is preferred
Data Entry Clerk/Specialist
Note:
Hybrid work arrangement — days on site TBD with Manager; training to be on site full-time for the first 2-4 weeks
After training, mandatory 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in office. Nearby parking is paid for by the contractor; public transportation available.
