Overview
Our client, a global business advisory and executive search firm, is seeking a Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to join their busy team in Washington, DC!
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Heavy calendar management and travel coordination for executive and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and prepare meeting materials (memos, proposals, PowerPoints).
Track and maintain client invoicing and receivables.
Plan and execute quarterly client events in Washington, DC.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project deliverables and timelines.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
3+ years of project coordination and/or executive support experience are required.
Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to provide high-level client/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing capabilities and a high attention to detail.
About the Position
Salary range of $90K-$100K (dependent on experience) + annual performance bonus.
Hybrid schedule of 2-3x/week in the Washington, DC office.
