Job Summary The Site Director, Finance - Froedtert Hospital has overall responsibility for the functions within the Froedtert Hospital's business operations in coordination with Corporate Finance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, such areas as financial reporting, financial planning, budgeting and general business operations. Serves on the Froedtert Hospital Operations Committee. Acts as the primary financial liaison between Froedtert Hospital and Froedtert Health (FH, or the health system) and the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). Other duties as assigned.
Experience EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in related area is required. Experience in an academic medical center environment is preferred.
Education EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors Degree is required. Masters Degree in Accounting/Business Administration is preferred.
Licensure LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
CPA is preferred. Will consider directly related work experience in lieu of CPA. Fellowship in Healthcare Financial Management Association is preferred.
