KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Automation and AI Solutions to join our CFO/F&A Transformation, Data and Technology team in our CFO organization.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in implementing Automation and AI solutions, focusing on AI/ML, Automation, and Agentic AI opportunities to enhance CFO processes and analytics
Analyze data patterns to identify AI opportunities; conduct hands-on experimentation with AI platforms and vendors, and document technical specifications
Collaborate with CFO teams and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet strategic business requirements; support the Manager in project planning and implementation
Contribute to change management initiatives by designing training sessions and office hours to increase employee proficiency in AI tools
Assist in establishing AI architecture aligned with market trends and organizational standards; regularly update components to reflect ecosystem changes
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in AI solutions development
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to design systems that handle complex data sets; familiarity with the latest developments in the AI marketplace and the ability to adapt the architecture and components accordingly
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and SQL; experience with machine learning model development, data architecture and solution-building skills, and exposure to AI frameworks and advanced financial systems
Demonstrated experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, and experience in leading Automation, Agentic AI, and Generative AI technology and process projects
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
