Lead and coordinate all phases of complex residential projects—from concept through construction—ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with client goals. Serve as a trusted technical expert, presenting to clients and guiding design and documentation decisions. Provide clear direction and supervision to design and production teams, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and code-compliant. Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and internal teams to develop and implement appropriate strategies and technical solutions. Perform in-depth quality control reviews. Mentor staff and support their professional development through coaching and feedback. What you will bring
Proven experience delivering design and technical documentation for luxury residential homes is required. Strong understanding of building codes and demonstrated ability to apply them creatively and effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Enthusiasm for collaboration and initiative in driving projects forward. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Proven skill in leading architectural teams with professionalism and clarity. High proficiency in Revit/BIM and SketchUp. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across concurrent projects. Your qualifications
Registered Architect in the state of UT 8+ years of experience Completion of Bachelor’s in Architecture or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program. Passion for continued learning and professional growth. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
