Compensation:

Base Pay: $55,000 - $72,000/yr (commission included); Annual Earning Potential: Up to $65,000+ per year, with room for further growth

Work Schedule:

30-40 Hours/Week

About Better Me Better Me is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized, effective math learning for K–8 students. Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience.

About The Role We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner — with full support from headquarters — and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, families’ trust, and the future of the Better Me brand.

What You'll Do

Center Ownership & Operations

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow

Build a positive and trusted relationship with families

Monitor student learning and track satisfaction

Growth & Marketing

Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships

Convert trial students into long-term enrollments

Work closely with our Growth Team to focus on achieving center targets

Team Leadership

Recruit and train tutors with HQ support

Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture

Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching

System Contribution

Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Based in the Bay Area & available for in-person full-time work

Strong communication skills

Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus — but not required
