$51.00/hr - $59.00/hr Responsibilities
Support all phases of Agile SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance Conduct business analysis and process redesign with internal/external users; document requirements Manage and prioritize Agile requirements, scope sprints effectively Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SQL (TOAD) Monitor system operations, resolve issues, and review daily reports Facilitate JAD sessions; analyze workflows and gather requirements Use techniques like MOSCOW to evaluate and prioritize user needs Assess data requirements for business/system enhancements Coordinate and execute system testing and validation Prepare documentation: analysis summaries, requirements, designs, and presentations Track and prioritize system requests, change orders, and information requests Lead project meetings and distribute summaries/status updates Analyze database structures and prepare data flow diagrams Mentor junior staff in departmental operations and eligibility systems Qualifications
6+ years of Agile product owner/business analysis experience Skill and experience working on Agile projects Demonstrated experience solving business and technical issues while supporting colleagues in a coaching and mentoring capacity Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation and change management Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various levels of team members and management to clarify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions Ability to adapt to evolving business processes and operations Preferred certifications: CSPO/CBAP, etc. Seniority level
