Computacenter . The Director of Network Portfolio is responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, delivery, and ongoing evolution of Computacenter’s managed services Network portfolio. The role includes leading a team of Product and Product Marketing Managers, and collaborating with sales and the wider marketing team. The Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape and develop the portfolio with the relevant offerings and products. They will monitor and analyze customer and market trends to ensure the Computacenter Managed Services portfolio remains competitive and relevant. The role also involves identifying and managing risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing budgets and financial performance. The Director will influence the divisional strategy and be fully accountable for actions and decisions of self and others. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio and Design, the candidate will play a key role in the management team alongside other Managed Services Product Portfolio Directors. Travel

is required at least once a month to Europe, mainly. What you'll be doing

Accountable for Network Managed Service portfolio, driving growth in this key portfolio area Create future vision and direction for Group Managed Services Network portfolio Build productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, specifically Sales and other Portfolio teams in the group Increase the profile of the Portfolio with Analysts and the market by engaging in studies and awards, and ensure a clear thought leadership and engagement strategy; commission and produce credible content, and maintain an active profile and presence on LinkedIn Lead a team of Product Managers and direct Product Marketing Managers in defining, developing, and continuously evolving the Managed Service propositions that make up the Computacenter portfolio Drive organizational change within Portfolio Innovation & Management Contribute to the wider Computacenter Managed Service business strategy and prioritise projects and objectives to meet divisional objectives Influence across Group Technology Sourcing & Group Professional Services to achieve a common Computacenter goal and vision for the Network portfolio Take accountability for the delivery of business-focused projects/deliverables to defined targets Establish productive relationships and networks at executive level to build and maintain customer relationships Accountable for overall budget / P&L ensuring that spend is in line with the budget defined Accountable for ensuring adoption of Computacenter best practices and service offerings to ensure consistency of service Creates advocates for our customers What you have

Legally eligible to work in the United States Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience Growth for Group Managed Services - Increasing the Managed Service Contract Base and Contribution Utilization of standard service offerings in pipeline and contracts Customer and analyst feedback on relevance of Managed Service portfolio, service offerings and service products Previous Leadership experience Experience of managing across cultures Ability to build effective and constructive relationships up to and including Senior Management level within any organization Fully qualified in relevant professional qualification and potentially post graduate qualifications Proven track record and experience of working in a challenging commercial environment Experience of managing P&L/budgets Methodology experience (Prince2, TOGAF, ITIL) Experience of divisional area’s lifecycles, methodologies, tools and techniques Dealing with and influencing multi-tier management Experience of working at a strategic level to develop divisional strategy and enable the business to perform effectively Leadership of virtual teams across the globe Ability to manage stakeholders in a highly political environment Understanding and appreciation of competitors and their strategy What you can expect
