Join a rapidly growing team with plans to double in size over the next few years. You’ll develop your tax technical skills, management techniques, and business experience through dedicated mentors and training programs, taking on new responsibilities as they arise. Your Key Responsibilities
Spend a diverse array of projects and tasks, delivering up-to-date tax advice clients can rely on. Apply extensive knowledge of state and local tax concepts and law. Collaborate in a highly collaborative culture that emphasizes listening and sharing information with colleagues. Skills And Attributes For Success
Contributing to the overall success of the team by understanding EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery. Challenging traditional procedures and finding new approaches to provide tax services. Building client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of the real estate industry. Developing and guiding junior tax professionals by providing effective performance feedback and on-the-job training, ensuring team responsibilities align with skills and development goals. Staying abreast of state and local tax developments and developing new and innovative service offerings that deliver value to clients. To qualify
A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or economics and 10 years of related work experience A CPA certification, or good standing as a member of a state bar Strong tax technical skills including tax research and writing, flow-through entity taxation, REIT taxation, income and franchise taxes, transfer taxes, and multi-state compliance experience Project management experience delivering high-quality work products in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ideally, you’ll also have

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
