Responsibilities

Assisting the Chief Operations Manager with any and all operations issues

Promptly answering questions and finding solutions for day-to-day operational issues

Assist in roll-out of new programs and/or initiatives as well as support and management

Domuso Set-up

Electronic Payables Set-up

Assist with management of lease documents and updates

Assist with management of leasing disclosures for states where required

PayLease refunds, chargebacks and miscellaneous support for AMC properties

Assisting with takeovers to include property setup, validation of beginning balances, closing and post close functions

Support AMC properties in any/all softwares in place, not limited to PM Software

Qualifications

Customer service experience

6 months experience in the property management industry

Excellent communication skills that create cohesive communication between operations and back office

Be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once

Strong organizational skills

Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned jobs to completion

The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment

Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Full-Time $37.00 to $40.00 per hour DOE
